President and Founder:
Dr. Edward M. DeVilliers
After leaving the Marine Corps in 2000, Dr. DeVilliers took lead engineering positions within both government and industry. This included being the chief engineer for Marine Corps Ground Command and Control (C2) Systems. He provided technical direction for C2PC, a global GIS and situation awareness system used across DoD and several foreign countries, and other C2, fire support, and targeting systems.
He founded DeVil-Tech in 2012, supporting engineering assessments of enterprise Marine Corps issues, such as the future of the Marine Corps Counter Improvised Explosive Device (CIED) portfolio and assessing new development directions of the Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps (GCSS-MC).
He received his PhD in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University in late 2014, an MS in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School in 1996, and a BS in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy in 1989.
In addition to our top-level leadership, we have a very strong support team to assist us in key areas of Finance and Accounting, Legal, and Marketing. We outsource these activities, so we can focus on our core business of systems and software engineering and engineering management consulting.
